Casa Manatee is right around the corner from a large, beautiful park with a playground for kids and tennis/pickleball courts for the competitive hungry adults!  A boat ramp is just down the road for those looking to enjoy all that Southwest Florida has to offer.  All of your conveniences are nearby: grocery stores, home improvement superstores, restaurants and more.
